- Anthony’s Classic Mobile Barbershop was originally created after selling our family shop in 2023 due to family health complications. My wife Bonnie was diagnosed with stage III cancer, our grandson with meningitis and autism, and my father was forced into early retirement due to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s all in close succession. Requiring a flexible schedule and witnessing their struggles, I realized the need for services for those facing sudden health or mobility challenges of all kinds.
- “It’s my belief a great haircut can significantly improve a persons overall wellbeing and should be accessible to everyone, which is why I’m passionate about providing the highest quality haircuts and barbering services at home. While mobile service has been demanding on my back, I’m committed to continuing to serve my homebound or senior clients as long as I can physically do so.“

- “Still offering mobile appointments on most Mondays… offering a wide range of services, including men’s classic haircuts, beard trims, and even hot towel shaves. I literally bring the barbershop to the clients… a chair and all. I have a special portable barbers chair I use on occasion for shaves or my handy dandy director chair which puts you in charge of the production!”
- “As a part time mobile barber I have visited clients in their homes, long term care, and the hospital— ranging in age from 1-101; and for varying reasons. From accessibility, mobility, to simply preference. Some really enjoy the convenience, others may have sensory limitations that make visiting most barbershops difficult.”
- Mobile Monday’s have been created for the existing clients of ‘Anthony’s Classic Mobile Barbershop’ who cannot make the trip up to our new Keswick barbershop location. Please reference the schedule below👇—at least three Monday’s per month will be allocated to mobile services at this time within regular service boundaries.
Service boundaries— North York Region; Newmarket, Georgina, Keswick, East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing, Mount Albert to the east, Schomberg to the west, and Aurora to the south.

Additionally, we have completed Building Dementia-Friendly Communities training together, and further voluntary sanitation and sterilization certifications.
